Li River Cruise is a wonderful experience for travelers to Guilin. Our tour guide will call your hotel to let you know the departure time in the evning before the tour. The guide will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel in Guilin at designated time and drive to the pier. Then you will start your 4.5 hours cruise along the picturesque Li River.
Travelers will go aboard a double-deck river boat and start the cruise. Li River is known for 83 km countryside landscape running from Guilin to Yangshuo. On the boat you will enjoy the fantastic scenery: rolling hills, steep cliffs, leisurely boats, cormorant fishing scenes and local villages. On board local Chinese lunch will be served while enjoying the scenery.
In the afternoon, the cruise will end at Yangshuo. You can take a bamboo rafting ride (optional) on the Yulong River (the rafting boat cost is not included in the price). A bamboo raft on the Yulong river is a relaxing thing to do in Yangshuo. The bamboo rafts go very slowly and you can see southern China farms, buffalo in water and appreciate rugged peaks. If you do not go rafting you can enjoy your leisure time in Yangshuo Town. As a Chinese saying goes ” Guilin’s scenery is the best in the world and Yangshuo’s scenery is the best of Guilin.” In Yangshuo you may wander along the famous West Street and have some coffee in a local restaurant or bar in the exotic small-town atmosphere. You will also be fascinated by many small shops and vendor stands which sell various quality souvenirs and gifts.
After some relaxing time in Yangshuo. we will take you back to Guilin and drop you off at your hotel in Guilin.

4. Please make sure your hotel is near city center within our reach, check with us if you are not sure of it. If your hotel is out of our pick up area, please take taxi to lobby of Sheraton Guilin Hotel or Guilin New Plaza Hotel for pick up.
